Well as I did my normal informational search today, I found something very interesting for the adoptive Ethiopian community.  Here is a link on the CDC site in reference to the many reported cases of Hepatitis A of adopted Ethiopian children and the families that have adopted them.  It is something that you can be vaccinated for here in the U.S.  Please read this article written by the CDC. I hope you find this educational information.
